UGC NET December Result 2023: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has changed the University Grants Commission - National Eligibility Test (UGC NET December 2023) result date owing to Cyclone Michaung in Chennai and Andhra Pradesh. The UGC NET results for the December 2023 session will be released on January 17 on the official website of UGC at ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
The UGC NET 2023 results were formerly expected to be released on January 10. However, the NTA re-examined applicants who were impacted by the natural disasters in Chennai and Andhra Pradesh. As a result, the UGC NET final results 2023 will be released on January 17.
The UGC NET official website will allow 9,45,918 applicants who took 83 topics in 292 places to check their qualifying status.

The test was placed from December 6 to December 19. On January 3, the answer key, response sheet, and question paper for all subject papers, save Archaeology, were released. Later, the Archaeology question paper and answer key were made available. Candidates who took this subject may file complaints on the official website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in, till January 10.
According to the marking scheme, each correct response will receive two points, and there will be no negative marking for erroneous responses.
“Candidates are advised to visit the official websites of NTA https://ugcnet.nta.ac.in/ for latest updates about the examination. Candidates can call the NTA helpline numbers -011- 40759000/69227700 for any assistance,” the NTA added.
