UP Schools Closed: Agra Schools Closed For Two Days Due To Janakpuri Mahotsav

UP School Holiday: In view of the Janakpuri Mahotsav 2023, both government and private schools will be closed today and tomorrow in Agra. Schools will remain closed on October 11 and 12 to commemorate the historical Shri Ram Baraat and Janakpuri Mahotsav. An official order has been sent to all schools. Now the schools will reopen on October 13, 2023. 

Agra's schools have been shut for two days in light of the Janakpuri Mahotsav 2023, which has historical significance here. This closure aims to ensure the safety of students due to expected traffic diversions and road congestion during these events.

This year, Janakpuri Mahotsav is scheduled from October 11 to October 14, 2023. DM Bhanu Chandra Goswami has issued an official order for the closure of all schools and colleges up to class 12, affecting both Uttar Pradesh Board and private board students. It's essential to note that non-compliance with this order will result in strict actions against schools.
