UPSC CAPF AC Exam Schedule 2024: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the exam dates for the Central Armed Police Forces (ACs) Examination, 2024. According to the schedule, the UPSC CAPF AC exam will be conducted on August 4, 2024. The exam will be held in two shifts, including the first paper will start from 10 AM to 12 PM and the second paper will commence from 2 pm to 5 pm. Candidates can check the UPSC notification at upsc.gov.in.
This recruitment drive will fill up a total of 506 vacant seats distributed among several armed police forces: 186 for the Border Security Force (BSF), 120 for the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), 100 for the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), 58 for the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), and 42 for the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB).

UPSC CAPF AC Exam Selection Process
Candidates will be selected for the post based on written tests, physical standards/physical efficiency tests, medical standards tests, and a final interview/personality test. The merit list will be prepared according to the candidates' scores in the written examination and interview/personality test.
UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant 2024: Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, candidates must be Indian citizens, aged between 20 and 25 years as of August 1, 2024, and hold a bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant 2024: Application Fee
The application fee will be Rs 200, with exemptions for female, SC, and ST category candidates.
