Sunil Galgotia was born into a family that owned a small book retail shop in Connaught Place in the 1930s. This shop was known as ED Galgotia & Sons. After completing his studies, Sunil Galgotia led the Galgotia Group to establish several educational institutions. The group includes colleges offering engineering, management, pharmacy, and professional courses. Galgotia University is the group's largest project.
