XAT 2025: Guidelines before appearing for the exam
Experts recommend that students take the following procedures the night before the exam to make sure they are properly prepared:
- Stay away from all-nighters and get at least seven to eight hours of sleep. This will allow you to remain attentive and concentrated throughout the test.
- Double-check your bag to make sure that all necessary goods, such as your admit card, ID evidence, and stationery, are packed and ready. This will save you from last-minute stress on the morning of your exam.
- Avoid heavy, oily, or spicy foods the night before the exam. Instead, opt for a small, balanced dinner that will not disrupt your sleep or make you feel uncomfortable.
- Set at least two to three alarms to make sure that you wake up on time the day of the exam.
- Spend some time relaxing before heading to bed. Read a book, listen to relaxing music, or practice some breathing techniques. Avoid using devices and engaging in activities that may generate stress.
- Maintain a positive mindset to lessen anxiety and boost performance.
