This year, Chhattisgarh is witnessing a head-to-head competition between the governing Congress and the primary opposition, BJP. On the other hand, the Congress is highlighting corruption as the central issue in the buildup to the Chattisgarh Assembly Elections 2023. Durg-rural is situated within the boundaries of Chhattisgarh's Durg district.
