Banda (Madhya Pradesh) Assembly Election 2023: Madhya Pradesh will hold elections for its 230 Assembly constituencies on November 17, 2023. The election results will be made public on December 3, 2023.
Banda is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in Madhya Pradesh that is part of the Damoh Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Banda is located in the Madhya Pradesh districts of Sagar and Vindhya Pradesh. It is designated as a rural seat.
There are a total of 2,17,730 voters in the seat, with 1,16,565 male voters and 1,01,163 female voters. Banda received 74.48 per cent of the vote in the 2018 Madhya Pradesh elections. In 2013, the turnout was 69.51 per cent, while in 2008 it was 67.38 per cent.

INC won this seat in the 2018 Assembly elections with 84,456 votes (51.95 per cent).
Harvansh (Sukku Bhaiya) of the BJP won the seat by a margin of 17,880 votes (12.13 per cent) in 2013. Harvansh (Sukku Bhaiya) received 44.91% of the votes cast.
In the 2008 Assembly elections, INC won this seat by a margin of 1,925 votes (1.7 per cent), collecting 28.54% of the total votes cast.
