Chandla (Madhya Pradesh) Assembly Election 2023: Madhya Pradesh will have elections for the 230 Assembly constituencies on November 17, 2023. On December 3, 2023, the election results will be made public.

Chandla is a Madhya Pradesh state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha seat that is part of the Khajuraho Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Chandla is located in Madhya Pradesh's Chhatarpur district and Vindhya Pradesh region. It is classified as a rural seat.

The seat has a total of 2,12,112 voters, with 1,16,252 male voters and 95,856 female voters. Chandla had a voter turnout of 62.37 per cent in the 2018 Madhya Pradesh elections. Turnout was 61.25 per cent in 2013, and 56.98 per cent in 2008.

Chandla Assembly Election 2018 and 2013

In 2018, Rajesh Kumar Prajapati of BJP won the seat by 41,227 votes of (31.16 per cent).

R D Prajapati of the BJP won the seat with 37,397 votes (31.33%) in 2013. R D Prajapati received 55.27% of the votes cast.

The BJP won this seat in the 2008 Assembly elections by a margin of 958 votes (1.05%), accounting for 20.65% of all votes cast.
