Jatara (Madhya Pradesh) Assembly Election 2023: Madhya Pradesh will hold elections for its 230 Assembly seats on November 17, 2023. The election results will be made public on December 3, 2023.
Jatara is a Madhya Pradesh state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency that is part of the Tikamgarh (SC) Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Jatara is located in Madhya Pradesh's Tikamgarh district and Vindhya Pradesh region. It is classified as a rural seat.
The seat has a total of 1,93,185 voters, with 1,02,286 male voters and 90,898 female voters. Jatara had a voter turnout of 71.76 per cent in the 2018 Madhya Pradesh elections. Turnout was 70.69 per cent in 2013, and 58.11 per cent in 2008.

BJP won this seat in the 2018 Assembly elections with 63,315 votes (45.56 per cent).
Ahirwar Dinesh Kumar of the INC won the seat by 233 votes (0.18 per cent) in 2013. Ahirwar Dinesh Kumar received 39.9% of the votes cast.
The BJP won this seat in the 2008 Assembly elections by a margin of 847 votes (0.99 per cent), accounting for 23.81 per cent of all votes cast.
