28 Degree Celsius Movie OTT Release: The romantic Telugu thriller movie 28 Degree Celsius starring Naveen Chandra and Shalini Vadnikatti in the lead roles, was released in theatres on April 4, 2025. After less than four weeks in its theatrical run, the makers premiered the movie on an OTT platform. The film follows how a brain injury leaves the central character Anjali dependent on maintaining a body temperature of 28 degrees Celsius to survive. However, the narrative failed to make an impact on the audience and was not well received at the box office. Now, with its OTT release, the makers are hoping to reach a wider audience.

All about 28 Degree Celsius Movie Story
The Telugu romantic movie explores the life of a medical student Anjali (Shalini) who falls in love with Karthik (Naveen Chandra) and they both get married. However, their lives take a dramatic turn as Anjali suffers from a rare disease, whose treatement is only possible in Georgia. To protect her, Karthik takes her to Georgia and during the treatement, she suddenly passes away. After her demise, Karthik embarks on mission to uncover circumstances how his wife died. He comes to know the shocking truth behind the death. During this, he faces deadly challenges as mysterious threats emerge.

The film has been directed by Dr Anil Vishwanath, who is known for delivering thrillers like Polimera and Polimera 2. 28 Degree Celsius is backed by Sai Abhishek under the banner of Veeranjaneya Productions. The film centred around the love story of Naveen Chandra, Shalini Vadnikati's characters. In addition to them, the actors including Priyadarshi, Harsha Chemudu, Raja Ravindra, Abhay Betiganti and Deviani Sharma in the supporting cast.
