Aadujeevitham Box Office Collection Day 2: Prithviraj Sukumaran's gripping survival thriller has made a significant impact at the box office with its outstanding performance on its opening day. The Malayalam movie which premiered in theaters on March 28, 2024, ignited profound conversations about the enduring struggles and isolation experienced by immigrants in Arab states over the years. Anticipation is high that this momentum will persist, translating into continued success throughout the long weekend at the box office.
Aadujeevitham Box Office Report
The Malayalam survival thriller film 'Aadujeevitham - The Goat Life' made a notable performance at the box office on its opening day, amassing Rs 7.60 crore in India. As per Sacnilk, by March 29, the film had surpassed the Rs 6.50 crore mark, accumulating a total collection of Rs 14.10 crore from all languages in India. It had an overall 75.09% Malayalam occupancy on Friday.
With this, the collection from Malayalam version earned Rs 11.82 crore, Kannada 0.09 crore, Tamil 1.2 crore, Telugu 0.9 crore, and Hindi 0.09 crore.
Additionally, the digital streaming rights for Prithviraj Sukumaran's 'Aadujeevitham' have been secured by the prominent OTT platform Disney+Hotstar. Although the release date remains undisclosed, in accordance with regulations, the movie is expected to be available for streaming digitally 45 days after its theatrical release.

About Aadujeevitham
Based on a true story, the film features Prithviraj Sukumaran in the lead role, portraying a Malayali immigrant laborer coerced into slavery as a goatherd on a scheduled farm in Saudi Arabia. Prithviraj portrays the character of Najeeb Mohammed, while Amala Paul embodies the role of Sainu, Najeeb's devoted wife. Jimmy Jean-Louis adds depth to the storyline by portraying Ibrahim Khadiri, while Shobha Mohan plays the pivotal role of Ummah, Najeeb's nurturing mother.
'Aadujeevitham' is adapted from the novel of the same title by Benyamin. The supporting cast adds depth to the array of characters, with Talib Al Balushi capturing the essence of Khafeel, and Rik Aby embodying the persona of Jasser. Furthermore, Nazer Karutheni showcases his talent in portraying the character of Kunjikka.
The music is composed by AR Rahman, with Resul Pookutty handling the sound score design. It has been released in multiple languages, including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, and Malayalam.
