Aattam, which translates to "The Play," is a Malayalam-language film released in 2024. It falls into the genre of Suspense Chamber Drama and was both written and directed by Anand Ekarshi. The plot centers on an actress in a theater group accusing a new famous actor of sexual harassment. Initially supported by the team, things change when the actor unknowingly reveals a prank offer for a Europe performance, causing a shift in allegiance. Accusations fly, tensions rise, and the actress eventually leaves. It's later revealed the Europe offer was a prank in retaliation. The movie ends with the actress performing elsewhere, reflecting on how the faces of those who hurt her are now irrelevant.
