Abhishek Bachchan has bought a new apartment near to his father Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa residence. As per a report by Bombay Times, Abhishek’s new apartment has a stunning view of Juhu beach. This came after he bought six apartments in Mumbai’s Borivali. As per the report, the Bachchan family already has five bungalows in the same area. Not only that Akshay Kumar also has invested in the same building. Notably, Kumar has also an interest in purchasing properties.
Earlier, Amitabh Bachchan bought two apartments in Oberoi Sky City for Rs 9.75 crore. Then following his father’s footsteps, Abhishek also purchased six luxurious flats in the same area of Rs 16 crore.
Abhishek Bachchan made his Bollywood debut with Refugee opposite Kareena Kapoor in 2000. It was one of the cult movies of his career. Later he went on to do some amazing work in Dhoom franchise, Guru, Bunty Aur Babli, Delhi-6, Sarkar, Umrao Jaan and Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon to name a few.
The actor was last seen in the sports drama Ghoomer. The movie was released in theatres on August 12, 2023. The film stars Saiyami Kher, Abhishek Bachchan, Ivanka Das, Angad Bedi, Darshini Gowda, Shabana Azmi, Mohit Kumar, Pari Sharma and Nasir Khan in key roles. Ghoomer is currently streaming on Zee5 and JioCinema.
He will be next seen in Housefull 5. The movie also features Kriti Kharbanda, Akshay Kumar, Fardeen Khan, Pooja Hegde, Riteish Deshmukh, Kriti Sanon and Arjun Rampal in key roles. The film is slated to release in theatres in 2025.
