Actor Aditya Seal is all set to share the screen with Bollywood icons Kajol and Prabhudeva in the upcoming film Maharagni: Queen of Queens. Directed by Charantej Uppalapati, the film was announced in May this year.
Aditya Seal will play a significant role opposite Samyukhta, who is making her Bollywood debut. Expressing his excitement, Seal shared with Hindustan Times, “I have met Kajol ma’am a few times at social gatherings, and she’s always full of energy. I know it’s going to be super fun working with her. Prabhu sir is known to be a no-nonsense person, so I better be on my best behaviour and on time.”

Although thrilled about the opportunity, Seal admitted slightly disappointed about not having any dance sequences with Prabhudeva. “I don’t have any dance sequences with the ace choreographer yet. Unfortunately, the film doesn’t demand it. But I hope there’s a promotional song, and I get a chance to do a Muqabala with someone I have idolised all these years growing up,” he added.
The action-thriller revolves around two sisters and the emotional journey they undergo. Seal’s character is pivotal, as he helps the sisters in times of need. “I am someone they turn to for help. I am the one who is present at the right place at the right time,” Seal revealed about his role.
Aditya Seal has started shooting for the film, with some portions already filmed with Samyukhta. However, his scenes with Kajol and Prabhudeva are yet to be shot. The release date for Maharagni: Queen of Queens has not been announced yet, but the film is eagerly anticipated as it marks the return of Kajol and Prabhudeva together after 27 years. They were last seen together in the 1997 Tamil film Minsara Kanavu.
