The much-awaited movie of the year Kalki 2898 AD to hit theatres next week on 27th June. Based on the Hindu scriptures, Nag Ashwin’s Science Fiction Action drama will focus on the end time of Kalyug when Lord Vishnu’s 10th avatar will take birth on Earth and protect the world from evil forces. The movie stars Prabhas as a bounty hunter named Bhairava, Amitabh Bachchan as Ashwatthama, Kamal Haasan as Supreme Yaskin, Deepika Padukone as Sumathi, and Disha Patani as Roxie. 1) Attack: Part 1

Lakshya Raj Anand's directorial featured John Abraham in the lead. The story focused on a terrorist attack that left John Abraham’s character paralysed and distraught with the thoughts of his dead lover. After the attacker returns, he takes revenge in a scientific way. The movie also starred Serena Walia, Rakul Preet Singh, Jacqueline Fernandez, Elham Ehsas, Prakash Raj and Ratna Pathak Shah in significant roles. It is currently streaming on Zee5.

2) Alag

The 2006 movie showcased a boy, who grew up in a basement, was shifted to a rehabilitation centre after the death of his father. As he started displaying psychic powers, a renowned scientist abducted the boy for experimentation. Directed by Ashu Trikha and Jim Mulligan, the film featured Akshay Kapoor, Dia Mirza, Jayant Kripalani, Sharat Saxena, Mukesh Tiwari and Yatin Karyekar in prominent roles. 3) 2.0

The popular hit movie delved into the life of a scientist and his robot. People asked help from them as mobiles started flying from people’s hands. It starred powerful cast of actors including Rajinikanth, Amy Jackson, Akshay Kumar, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Adil Hussain, Sudhanshu Pandey and Maya S Krishnan in key roles. The film is streaming on Prime Video.

4) Ra.One

Anubhav Sinha directorial revolved around the life of a game developer, who makes a robot Ra.One. However, he played with his own life when the robot became violent. Later, after he passes away another robotic creation named G.one stops the destructions. Ra.One featured Shah Rukh Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Armaan Verma, Arjun Rampal in the lead roles. The film is streaming on JioCinema and Prime Video.

5) Krrish Franchise 

One of the most loved Bollywood Sci-Fi-Action movie, showcased a man named Krrish, who has superhuman abilities and save everyone’s lives from danger. Starring Hrithik Roshan as Krrish, the film has been made in two parts. Krrish is the sequel of 2003 movie Koi... Mil Gaya. Krrish can be watched on Youtube for free and Krrish 3 is streaming on YouTube and Apple TV. Koi... Mil Gaya is on popular OTT platform Zee5.
