Amaran Box Office Collection Day 9: Sivakarthikeyan and Sai Pallavi starrer Tamil movie has been roaring at the ticket windows. After a successful first weekdays, the film saw a spike in numbers on the second Friday. It brings hope that the movie will soon set a new record. With the growing numbers, it seems Amaran will soon cross the Rs 150 crore mark. It was released in theatres on October 31, 2024. Despite several big movies like Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 hitting the silver screen in the Diwali holiday, Amaran managed to maintain a strong pace at the box office and gave strong competition to its contemporaries.

As per Sacnilk, the movie earned Rs 7.00 crore on Day 9. The net collection of the movie stands at Rs 121.85 crore. It had 37.36 per cent Tamil occupancy in theatres on Friday. The movie had 21.74 per cent occupancy in the morning shows, 31.87 per cent in afternoon shows, 40.68 per cent in evening shows and 55.14 per cent in night shows. On the other hand, it had 28.95 per cent Telugu occupancy in theatres. The breakout of the day is as follows-20.01 per cent in morning shows, 30.39 per cent in afternoon shows, 26.39 per cent in evening shows and 39.01 per cent in night shows. 

About Amaran

The story is set against the backdrop of the Qazipathri Operation in Shopian in 2014. The movie will focus on the life of Major Mukund Varadarajan. The film features Sivakarthikeyan, Sai Pallavi, Bhuvan Arora, Rahul Bose and Suresh Chakravarthy in key roles.
