Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant got hitched on 12th July at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. For the wedding, the beautiful bride Radhika wore a lehenga by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla which was inspired by Gujarati ‘Panetar’ with a 5-metre-long veil.
The grand ceremony took place in the presence of several A-list celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra, Nick Jonas, Janhvi Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Ananya Panday, Ranbir Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Katrina Kaif, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, John Cena and Rema. Every celebrity enjoyed and danced their heart out at the grand affair.
Anant and Radhika’s wedding vows are going viral on social media. She can be seen taking the vows in English whereas Anant spoke in Hindi. The post read, “Anant Radhika taking wedding Vows ♥️♥️♥️ Wishing them all the best for their New Journey of Life.” Netizens appreciate the son of Business tycoon for speaking in Hindi. A user wrote, “I love the way Anant spoke his vows in Hindi.” A fan extend best wishes to the couple by saying “GOD BLESS BOTH”. A comment read, “Lots of blessings beta. Ahead of their wedding rituals, Anant paid tribute to his late grandfather Dhirubhai Ambani by applying tilak to his photo. The wedding ceremonies started with ‘Shubh Vivah’ on July 12 and today on July 13 ‘Shubh Aashirwad’ will take place, followed by ‘Mangal Utsav’ or the wedding reception on July 14. The dress code for ‘Shubh Vivah’ was Indian traditional, for ‘Shubh Aashirwad’ guests are asked to wear Indian formal and invitees will be seen in Indian chic outfits on July 14.
