Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli are one of the most loved couples in Bollywood and have always been each other's biggest cheerleaders. On Saturday night, India won its second ICC T20 World Cup title by beating South Africa and Virat Kohli also announced his retirement from the T-20 match. Sharing the pictures of the India cricket team after the match win, Anushka wrote, "Our daughter’s biggest concern was if all the players had someone to hug them after she saw them cry on tv….. Yes, My darling, they were hugged by 1.5 billion people. What a phenomenal victory and what a legendary achievement!! CHAMPIONS - CONGRATULATIONS!!"

Earlier, while speaking in a podcast for Royal Challengers Bangalore, Virat Kohli revealed that Anushka Sharma has made big sacrifices as a mother. He said, "The way things have been in the past two years, we have had our child and, as a mother, the sacrifices that she made have been massive. Looking at her, I realised whatever problems I had were nothing.”
He added, "As far as expectations are concerned, as long as your family loves you for who you are, you don’t expect much because that is the basic requirement. When you look for inspiration, you start from home and, obviously, Anushka has been a big inspiration for me.”
“My life had a completely different perspective. When you fall in love with a person, you start processing those changes within you as well. Her outlook towards life was different and it urged me to change for the better and become more accepting of things," Virat Kohli said in the podcast.
On the work front, Anushka will be seen in the film 'Chakda Xpress' which is the biopic of cricketer Jhulan Goswami. The movie will release on Netflix.
