Legendary singer Asha Bhosle’s granddaughter Zanai Bhosle and cricketer Mohammed Siraj have made headlines after their photos went viral online, sparking dating rumours. Amid these speculations, Zanai and India’s star pacer broke their silence and cleared the air about their bond by sharing Instagram stories.
Zanai Bhosle and Mohammed Siraj's pictures from her 23rd birthday celebration created a buzz. On Sunday, Zanai took to her Instagram story and posted a photo of herself with Mohammed Siraj, captioning it, “Mere pyaare bhai.” Siraj re-shared her post and penned a poem for her sister to refute the rumours. His post read, “Meri Behna Ke Jaisi Koi Behna Nahin. Bina Iske Kahin Bhi Mujhe Rehna Nahin. Jaise I lai Chaand Sitaaron Mein. Meri Behna Hai Ek Hazaaron Mein.”
A few days ago, Zanai Bhosle shared a series of pictures from her birthday celebration, featuring her family and friends. One photo that caught attention showed Zanai and Mohammed Siraj smiling and posing together. The image quickly surfaced on social media, with netizens wondering if they were dating.
Her post also included pictures with other cricketers like Shreyas Iyer, Siddhesh Lad and Suyash Prabhudessai. Zanai was also seen posing with Bigg Boss 17 fame Ayesha Khan. Her grandmother Asha Bhosle, actor Jackie Shroff and Munjya star Abhay Verma were spotted at the celebration. Reacting to the post, one fan wrote, “Are you going to marry Siraj bhaijaan, Zanai Bhosle?” while another user commented, “Yahi hai kya bhabhi ji?”
Zanai Bhosle and Mohammed Siraj have now addressed the speculations in their own ways.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Zanai Bhosle is set to make her Bollywood debut with the film The Pride of Bharat – Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, directed by Sandeep Ssingh. Just like her grandmother, Zanai is also a singer and dancer and is gearing up for her first single Kehndi Hai.
