The film revolves around the story of a man named Arjun and his bond with his mother, Vyjayanthi. Arjun, a former IPS aspirant turned benevolent gangster, discovers that the notorious terrorist Pathaan seeks revenge against his mother, Vyjayanthi, a principled IPS officer. Determined to safeguard her, he takes matters into his own hands. The story kicks off with a tense scene where Sohail Khan's character Mohammad Giyazuddin Pathan, finds himself trapped in an abandoned well, surrounded by adversaries. Arjun's deep devotion to his mother is tested by a strained relationship marked by a long-standing emotional rift. Years of separation follow, but a series of events, including a violent attack on their home, eventually uncover the truth behind their estrangement. The movie unfolds the journey of revelation and resolution.
