Renowned singer B Praak has cancelled his scheduled appearance on YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia’s BeerBiceps podcast following a widespread backlash against the influencer. The controversy arose after Ranveer made an inappropriate remark on Samay Raina’s show India’s Got Latent, sparking outrage across social media.
Taking to Instagram, B Praak condemned the nature of the content promoted on the show, emphasizing that it does not align with Indian cultural values. He explained his decision to withdraw from BeerBiceps’ podcast, stating:
“I was supposed to be on a podcast with BeerBiceps, but I cancelled it. Why? Because of the kind of pathetic thinking and language being used there. What is happening on Samay Raina’s show is not a reflection of our Indian culture.”
The singer expressed his disappointment with the humour used in the show, questioning how personal and sensitive topics about family were being turned into jokes. B Praak further criticized the type of humour showcased on India’s Got Latent, particularly targeting the way personal stories about parents were discussed. He questioned the mindset behind such content, asking:
“Is this comedy? This is not a stand-up comedy at all! What kind of generation are we raising if we promote content that normalizes offensive language?”
He also addressed a Sikh guest on the show, expressing disbelief at how someone from the community could endorse such discussions.

The singer didn’t hold back in questioning Ranveer Allahbadia’s stance, highlighting the contradiction between his public image and recent actions. While BeerBiceps is known for promoting spirituality and Sanatan Dharma, B Praak found his involvement in such content deeply concerning:
“Ranveer Allahbadia, you speak about spirituality, you bring respected figures onto your podcast, and yet you engage in this kind of content? If we don’t stop this now, the future of the coming generations will be in danger.”
Urging content creators to be more responsible, B Praak called for a shift toward meaningful and inspiring material instead of offensive humour. He appealed to comedians to avoid content that could negatively impact young audiences:
“Please protect our Indian culture. Motivate people instead of creating degrading content. As influencers, you have the power to make a positive impact.”
For those unfamiliar with the incident, Ranveer Allahbadia’s remark on India’s Got Latent involved a highly inappropriate question to a contestant:
“Would you rather watch your parents have sex every day for the rest of your life or join in once and stop it forever?” His question left even the show’s host, Samay Raina, visibly uncomfortable, leading to further backlash.
