Shreyas Talpade and Tusshar Kapoor are set to tickle the audience's funny bones with their upcoming horror comedy titled Kapkapiii. Directed by Sangeeth Sivan, known for his work in films like Kya Kool Hain Hum and Apna Sapna Money Money, the movie promises to be a refreshing break from the usual thrillers and patriotic films.

The film, written by Saurabh Anand and Kumar Priyadarshi, brings together Talpade and Kapoor, who previously shared screen space in the Golmaal series. Talpade expressed his excitement about reuniting with Kapoor and Sivan, stating, "It's like you are working with two of your brothers."

As per PTI, while discussing the film, Talpade mentioned that Kapkapiii will offer audiences a genuine horror-comedy experience. He promised that while the film will have its share of chuckles, there will also be moments that will make viewers "fall off their chairs laughing" along with genuine goosebumps.

Kapoor, who previously collaborated with Sivan on 'Kyaa Kool Hai Hum', shared his enthusiasm for the project, especially for his character, which he described as different from his previous roles. He praised the script and the team's positive vibe, particularly highlighting his rapport with Sivan.

Apart from Talpade and Kapoor, Kapkapiii features an ensemble cast including Sonia Rathee, Siddhi Idnani, Jay Thakkar, Varun Pandey, Dherendra Tiwari, Dinkar Sharma and Abhishek Kumar. The film is produced by Jayesh Patel under the banner of Bravo Entertainment.

As the horror-comedy genre continues to gain popularity among audiences, Kapkapiii is expected to offer a unique blend of humour and thrills, making it a highly anticipated film among fans of the genre.
