Amidst swirling rumours, the producers of the highly anticipated film 'Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-ups', starring Yash, have stepped forward to clarify the casting speculations. Reports have been rife on social media about the possible inclusion of Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor Khan, along with South Indian sensations Sai Pallavi and Shruti Haasan, in the film's cast.

Addressing these speculations, the film's makers released a statement urging fans and the media to refrain from further speculation. They expressed gratitude for the excitement surrounding "Toxic" but emphasized that the casting process is nearly complete. They assured fans that the team is thrilled with the lineup they had assembled and requested everyone to await official announcements.

'Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-ups' is a highly anticipated project under the direction of Geethu Mohandas and is co-produced by KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations. Scheduled for a theatrical release on April 10, 2025, the film promises to be an action-packed extravaganza set against the backdrop of the drug mafia.

Yash, who shot to fame with the blockbuster "KGF" movies, teased fans with the film's title announcement in December 2023. Sharing a video on Instagram, he quoted Rumi, saying, "'What you seek is seeking you' - Rumi A Fairy Tale for Grown-ups #TOXIC," offering a glimpse of his character with a distinctive look featuring a hat and a cigar.

Fans are eagerly anticipating "Toxic" following Yash's immense success with the "KGF" franchise. The film's intriguing premise and star-studded potential cast have only added to the excitement. As fans eagerly await further updates, the makers are working diligently to bring this captivating story to life.
