Border 2 Box Office Collection Day 18: Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ahaan Shetty starred in Border 2, which had a successful opening at the Indian box office. The performance on the third Monday was seen as critical since it would determine the film's lifetime collection, even after a strong third weekend pickup. According to Sacnilk, the third Monday saw a notable decline in the India-Pakistan war drama.

Border 2 earned a net revenue of Rs 1.85 crore on day 18. The movie saw a decline of roughly 74.48% from Day 17 to Day 18, making it the lowest single-day income ever. When taking into account day 18, Border 2's total domestic earnings reach Rs 311.60 crore net.

Border 2 brought in Rs 224.25 crore with an impressive debut week at the box office. In the second week, the war movie generated Rs 70.15 crore.

Border 2 had an overall occupancy rate 7.34% on Monday, day 18. With morning shows recording only 4.49% occupancy, the day started weakly. Throughout the day, there was a minor increase in foot traffic, with afternoon shows accounting for 8.12% and nighttime occupancy for 7.89%. Night shows ended the day with a higher performance rate of 8.84%.

Border 2 also experienced a significant drop in show counts in important Hindi markets on day 18. The movie's largest cities saw a decline in showings from 1,208 to just 637 last Monday, while Mumbai saw a more than halving from 617 to 290 screenings.

The 1997 war film Border, originally helmed by JP Dutta, has a spiritual successor in Border 2. Interestingly, the film has managed to withstand the arrival of new films like Mardaani 3, which hasn't significantly impacted its box office performance.
