Border 2: In 1971, India and Pakistan found themselves in a situation close to war. Major Hoshiar Singh Dahiya (Varun Dhawan) of the Indian Army, Lt Cdr Mahendra S. Rawat (Ahan Shetty) of the Indian Navy, and Flying Officer Nirmal Jit Singh Sekhon (Diljit Dosanjh) of the Indian Air Force met at the National War Academy in 1961 and have remained close friends ever since. They will be going back to their bases in Gujarat, Jammu, and Srinagar, respectively. In the Munawar Tawi area of Jammu, Lt Col Fateh Singh Kaler (Sunny Deol), who trained the three at the National War Academy, is holding up.
The Pakistani army is prepared to invade Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, and Rajasthan and wreak havoc. The remainder of the movie revolves about what occurs subsequently.

Is Border 2 Worth The Hype?
Border 2 makes sure to demonstrate his abilities as JP Dutta's rightful successor. And he doesn't let me down at all. The war drama is back, and rightfully so, to honour the unsung heroes of the Battle of Basantar after over thirty years. The movie focuses on the four heroes and their training days, families, and backstories.
Major Kuldeep Singh Chandpuri, played by Sunny Deol, roars throughout the movie with brief speeches. Major Hoshiyaar Singh is played by Varun Dhawan, who maturely navigates the emotional beats of a soldier yearning home. Despite having less screen time than the other three, Ahan Shetty's character arc definitely evokes strong feelings in you. The film's spirit is, in all honesty, Diljit Dosanjh. His acting makes the stakes seem more intimate by bringing to mind the person behind the uniform.
Mona Singh, Medha Rana, Sonam Bajwa, Anya Singh, and Paramvir Singh Cheema are the four women that hold the screen in addition to the four men.
What are you waiting for? Book the tickets and watch the sequel to the war drama because it is definetly worth the watch!
