BTS Jhope also known as Jung Ho-seok has been touring under his solo tour titled Hope On The Stag. After enthralling his fans with his gigs in Mexico and the US, he performed at the Saitama Super Arena in Japan. Jhope often interacts with fans during concerts, but this time, female audience members touched him inappropriately. After the incident, netizens condemned the act and poured their support for the BTS star.

During his Japan concert, Jhope went close to the crowd walking along the barricades and giving fans a thrilling experience. In the viral video, a fan girl can be seen hugging him while another woman can be seen rubbing his stomach. South Korean rapper and singer continued his singing but quickly moved away from the area, After this moment, BTS ARMY was shocked and questioned the safety of Jhope. The clip instantly went viral, sparking debate online. Check out the netizen's reaction to Jhope's unpleasant experience at the Japan concert.

A Tweet read, "I seriously can't—J-ARMYs used to be respectful. When did y’all start acting so out of line? That’s called harassment. Shame on you for putting your hands on him without his consent. Absolutely disgusting behavior."

A X User wrote, "Wow, the only thing that annoyed me in japan concert was clip of equal sign performance when jhope went to the audience and some of them were touching him without permission."

Another User posted, "If you see a women being touched in this manner we ALL will have alot to say, so the silence about this is bothering me!!! Do not feel up or disrespect his body when he’s in the crowd."

A concerned user pleaded for the artist safety. The tweet read, "protect your artist please

Disappointed by the incident, users demanded respect toward idols during the concerts as Jhope has always shown to his fans.
