BTS Jhope recently sparked excitement among ARMYs after hinting at a full-group reunion in 2025. During his appearance on Jung Jae Hyung’s YouTube show Fairy Jae Hyung, Jhope opened up about the members' ongoing military service and their plans for future activities once everyone is discharged in June 2025.
While carefully choosing his words, Jhope admitted that group activities are already in the works. When Jung Jae Hyung asked if BTS had plans lined up, Jhope hesitated before confirming, "It’s in the making. We have to be meticulous about it." He further reassured fans that they’ll be preparing for various BTS-related activities once everyone is back together.
The moment that truly caught ARMYs’ attention, however, came later in the conversation when Jhope emphasized, "There are seven of us." He talked about how each member has developed their own style and preferences, making it a challenge to align schedules — but the emphasis on all seven members didn’t go unnoticed.

This statement brought renewed hope to fans who have been longing for an OT7 comeback. It also became a powerful counterpoint to ongoing debates within the fandom, especially after Suga’s DUI scandal in August 2024, which sparked controversy and led some to demand his withdrawal from the group.
The fandom remains divided, with some supporting a six-member lineup, while many continue to stand by Suga and the idea of a full reunion. Jhope’s words reignited the OT7 spirit for many, with fans flooding online communities with supportive comments like, "If Jhope says it’s 7, then it’s 7. OT7 forever!" and "I’m holding on, waiting for the BTS full-group comeback."
