BTS Jhope is set to make history once again as he headlines Lollapalooza Berlin 2025, marking a significant moment for both the artist and his devoted fanbase, ARMYs. As soon as the news broke, fans flooded social media with excitement, reminiscing about the long-awaited return of BTS to Berlin.

For many BTS fans, this announcement is more than just another festival performance—it’s a full-circle moment. Back in 2020, BTS was originally scheduled to perform at the Olympiastadion Berlin on July 12 as part of their 'Map of the Soul' world tour. However, the tour was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, leaving ARMYs heartbroken. Now, five years later, on the exact same dates—July 12 and 13—J-Hope is set to take the stage at the same venue as a solo headliner.

The emotional significance of this event has not gone unnoticed by fans, who have taken to social media with the hashtag #HOBIPALOOZAISCOMING, expressing their joy and pride. Tweets and posts highlight how special it is for J-Hope to return to Berlin, now as a solo artist, bringing his signature energy and artistry to one of the biggest music festivals in the world.

Lollapalooza Berlin 2025 is celebrating its 10th anniversary with an electrifying lineup featuring global superstars. Joining Jhope on the main stage are Justin Timberlake, Gracie Abrams, Raye, Benson Boone, Armin Van Buuren, Brutalismus 3000 and fourth-gen Kpop sensation IVE.

This marks J-Hope’s second Lollapalooza appearance after his groundbreaking 2022 performance in Chicago, where he became the first South Korean artist to headline the main stage at a major American music festival. That performance was a defining moment in his career, featuring tracks from his album Jack in the Box, released just days before the event. With speculation that J-Hope may drop new music ahead of his 2025 performance, anticipation among ARMYs is at an all-time high.

Since his military discharge, Jhope has wasted no time getting back to work. His recent Weverse live session on his birthday, February 18, gave fans a glimpse of his upcoming projects. He has already announced a new collaboration with Don Toliver titled LV Bag, set to release on February 21, and reports suggest he is preparing for a full-fledged comeback in March.
