BTS Jhope has once again demonstrated his global influence as tickets for the Seoul leg of his first solo world tour, HOPE ON THE STAGE, sold out within an hour of presale. The three-night event at the KSPO Dome, scheduled for February 28, March 1 and March 2, 2025, marks the start of the rapper’s highly anticipated solo journey. However, while fans celebrated this milestone, many expressed dissatisfaction with the ticketing process, particularly regarding the advantages given to US ARMYs for the North American presale.

The presale for the Seoul concerts opened on January 14, 2025, exclusively for BTS’ global fan club members. Despite the limited access, the tickets were snapped up almost immediately, leaving countless fans disappointed. Social media was flooded with reactions, with one fan dubbing the experience the "BTS Concert Ticket Battle Era." Others praised Jhope, calling him "the best at what he does," highlighting his unparalleled stage presence and live performances.

The rapid sellout wasn’t unexpected, given Jhope’s immense popularity as both a BTS member and a solo artist. Fans anticipate that HOPE ON THE STAGE will showcase his signature energy and artistry, making it a pivotal moment in his career.

Following the announcement of the North American leg of the tour, BIGHIT Music revealed that presale access would be limited to US fan club members. This sparked outrage among international fans, many of whom felt excluded. Fans have urged the agency to extend presale privileges to global memberships, arguing that Jhope’s fanbase is not confined to the United States.

The North American leg will begin at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on March 13 and 14, 2025, followed by stops in Chicago, Mexico City, San Antonio, Oakland and Los Angeles. The tour will wrap up its US leg at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles on April 4 and 6, 2025.

Jhope’s world tour will also include performances in several Asian cities. After the North American leg, the artist will head to Manila on April 12 and 13, 2025, followed by Saitama, Singapore, Jakarta, Bangkok, Macau, Taipei and Osaka, concluding on June 1, 2025.

For those unable to attend in person, live online streaming options will be available. This has provided some consolation to fans who missed out on tickets or live outside the tour’s scheduled locations.

As the first BTS member to embark on a solo world tour of this scale, Jhope’s HOPE ON THE STAGE is a landmark event. Fans are eager to witness his electrifying performances and the unique experiences he promises to deliver. With more dates and locations potentially being added, the excitement surrounding the tour continues to grow.
