BTS Jin has touched fans’ hearts with his latest single, I’ll Be There, a pre-release track for his much-awaited solo album, Happy, set to drop on November 15. This track marks Jin’s solo return after two years, and his new music video gives fans a peek into his deep connection with his fellow BTS members, making it a special experience for ARMYs worldwide.

In the I’ll Be There music video, fans spotted numerous subtle nods to BTS, emphasizing Jin’s love for his six bandmates. Around the 1:15 mark, a group of seven balloons drifts behind Jin as he performs. Each balloon appears to symbolize one of the seven BTS members, a sweet reminder of the unity among them. Fans have speculated that the height of each balloon may even represent each member’s military service timeline, a playful and meaningful touch.

At another notable moment, Jin is seen energetically jumping in front of a fence, a scene that many fans recognize as a tribute to BTS’ 2016 Summer Package photoshoot in Dubai. As Jin continues to express his unique musical style, this nostalgic gesture brings back memories of the band’s journey over the years.

Adding to the emotional depth of the video, Jin takes a new direction with I’ll Be There, both in sound and style. The track, which embraces a rockability vibe, showcases Jin’s versatility as he navigates an upbeat, lively genre, while delivering lyrics filled with warmth and hope. Fans quickly noticed Jin’s new look and vocal tone, which blends seamlessly with the refreshing soda-pop beats of the track.

As soon as I’ll Be There was released, BTS members Jimin, RM and Jhope took to social media to show their support. Jimin, currently fulfilling his military duty, updated his Weverse profile with a still from Jin’s music video, captioning it with lyrics from the song—a touching gesture that reflects their close bond. RM encouraged Jin by sharing a heartfelt “Jin Fighting!” on his Instagram Stories, while J-Hope praised his bandmate, calling the song “refreshing.” Jin’s older brother, Kim Seok Jung, joined the celebrations, humorously comparing a scene in the video to the likeness of Captain Park Hyo Shin.

Jin’s new album, Happy, includes six tracks across three versions: Journey, Imagine, and Navigate, with Running Wild as the lead single. In celebration of this milestone, Jin has announced a live event, the Happy Special Stage Live, a two-day concert scheduled for November 16 and 17 at Jangchung Arena. This concert promises to give fans an intimate experience of Jin’s musical journey as a solo artist. Through I’ll Be There, Jin has beautifully conveyed his appreciation for BTS, making it more than just a pre-release—it’s a heartfelt love letter to his bandmates and fans alike.
