BTS Jin recently sent his fans into a frenzy with a heartfelt New Year’s message and an unseen photo. Taking to Weverse on Saturday, Jin expressed his wishes for ARMY to have a prosperous 2025, leaving fans both emotional and hopeful. Jin, the oldest member of BTS, admitted he had been contemplating how to greet his fans for the New Year.

Sharing his thoughts, he wrote, “Hello everyone, this is Jin. Are all of you guys doing well? I was worried about what kind of greeting I should give you for New Year's, and I missed the time. I couldn’t visit you guys frequently, but I wish you all a lot of good fortune for the New Year. I hope you have a year full of good things and become rich (cutely). Happy New Year, you guys.”

Along with the sweet note, Jin shared a previously unseen photo of himself. In the picture, he can be seen wearing a Rolling Stone T-shirt paired with a printed dark blue blazer and matching pants. His subtle smile and stylish jewellery added charm to the photo, which instantly captured ARMYs' hearts.

Fans were quick to respond to Jin’s playful yet heartfelt wish for them to “become rich.” One fan commented, “That’s the one prayer to be rich I needed desperately.” Another wrote, “Yes, Jin, we need this prayer so we can attend BTS concerts in the future.” Many fans echoed similar sentiments, thanking Jin for manifesting good fortune on their behalf.

Jin returned in June 2024 after completing his mandatory military service. Since then, he has been involved in various projects, including the release of his first solo album, Happy, in November 2024.

BTS, comprising RM, Jin, Suga, Jhope, Jimin, V and Jungkook, is expected to reunite later this year after all members complete their military service. The group last performed together at the Yet to Come concert in Busan in 2022. Jin’s warm wishes and heartfelt message remind ARMY of the strong bond they share with BTS. Fans eagerly look forward to what 2025 holds for both Jin and the group.
