BTS Jungkook is currently serving in the military and fans are eagerly waiting for his comeback. The singer shares a deep bond with popular Kpop star Mingyu, who is a member of the band Seventeen. As per the latest buzz, the two recently met for a meal and popular TV host Jun Hyun Moo also joined up. The host revealed that he paid for Jungkook and Mingyu's meals as he is their senior.
Jun Hyun Moo discussed his meeting with comedian Park Myung Soo on the show 'The Boss Has Donkey Ears' and joked that even though both Jungkook and Mingyu earn more than him, he paid for the meal because he is their senior.

Jungkook was earlier in the news after he became the first and the only Kpop soloist to reach one billion streams on Spotify in 2024. He was also included in Universal Music Group (UMG)'s list of top album-selling artists of the fourth quarter of 2023. He has also become the only K-pop solo artist to be named in the list. According to Universal Music Group (UMG), Jungkook's solo album 'Golden' became one of the highest-selling albums of 2023 as it sold over 2.6 million copies on Hanteo in its first week.
Jungkook recently shared his first update from the military and penned a sweet note for fans on Weverse. He wrote, "How are you, ARMY? I'm doing well. I'm working hard exercising. I'm also cleaning very firmly up to the ceiling. I'm cooking rice very nicely as well. It's already mid-March. I'll greet you again. I miss you a lot. Unity!”
Talking about his album 'Golden', it features 11 tracks including 'Standing Next To You''Closer To You', which will feature Jamaican-American DJ trio Major Lazer, among others. The other tracks are: 'Yes or No', 'Please Don't Change', 'Somebody', 'Shot Glass of Tears', 'Hate You' and 'Too Sad to Dance'. Jungkook will team up with popular international artists like Shawn Mendes and Ed Sheeran for 'Golden'.
