BTS Suga’s birthday is just around the corner, and ARMYs are both excited and nostalgic about their idol’s big day. This year, Min Yoongi will be celebrating his 32nd birthday on March 9. As the preparations to celebrate his birthday are on full swing in several South Korean cities, fans are sharing every single update on social media. But there are some fans who got nostalgic seeing an old video where BTS members Jungkook, Jimin, Jin, V, RM, Jhope gave a surprise to Suga on stage after he expressed sadness on not blowing candles on his birthday. The video is from 2022’s Permission to Dance on Stage, Seoul concert. Here's what actually happened. 

The video first shows the behind-the-scenes from backstage, where Suga can be seen sitting with other members from the band. He jokingly said that he didn’t blow out candles on his birthday. He then said his team members not to wish him ‘Happy Birthday’ since the day is already passed. RM along with others said Suga that nothing has been planned. Meanwhile, Jhope laughed and said “We can’t fool you.” The video then features the moment of surprise. On March 10, 2022, the concert day when the BTS members paused their performance to sing ‘Happy Birthday’ to Suga. Min Yoongi then started grooving as the crowd cheered.

ARMYs got nostalgic and shared their happiness upon seeing the video. A user said, “This video made me so happy.
