BTS V Military Service: BTS V aka Kim Taehyung is all set to start his military service in December 2023 and it has left his fans all over the world heartbroken. The singer will reportedly enlist in the Special Duty Team, an anti-terrorism unit directly under the supervision of the Blue House. After the reports surfaced online, BTS ARMY expressed their concern over the health and safety of V. The 'Sweet Night' singer has now assured his fans about his decision and said that he wants to challenge himself.

Addressing the concern of his fans, V said, "There were articles coming out about the unit I will be enlisting. ARMYs were worried, but honestly, I just wanted to challenge myself by going there and because I have goals. So please do not worry too much. I am challenging myself, but I also know how to deflect when needed. I shall return healthy and not get hurt. I’m a little bit scared of rappels, but… just please trust me."

V will join the military with other BTS members Jungkook, RM and Jimin. Announcing the military enlistments of the rest of the BTS members, the agency BigHit Music said in a statement, "Thank you for your continued love and support for BTS. We would like to update you on RM, Jimin, V and Jung Kook’s upcoming enlistment into the military. RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook will fulfil their required time with the military by enlisting in the army."

The album has six songs: 'For You', 'Blue', 'Slow Dancing', 'Rainy Days', 'Love Me Again' and 'Slow Dancing (Piano Version). BigHit Music released an official statement on Weverse and said, "Hello. This is BIGHIT MUSIC. This is BIGHIT MUSIC. Layover consists of six tracks in total – five tracks and a bonus track. To fully appreciate the album’s flow, we recommend listening to it in sequence from start to finish."
