BTS member V and BLACKPINK's Jennie have been hitting the headlines for over an year due to their dating rumours. The two Kpop idols were rumoured to be in a relationship but neither of them made comments on it. V and Jennie were allegedly seen walking togther and holding hands in Paris when both of them attend an event in the city. According to the latest reports, V and Jennie have decided to part ways before the BTS member's military enlistment.

According to reports by some South Korean local news outlets, V and Jennie have ended their relationship. Their agencies Big Hit Music and YG Entertainment have not responded to these rumours.

When V and Jennie's alleged video from Paris went viral on social media, HYBE and YG Entertainment said, "It is difficult to check (about the video)."

On the work front, V recently made his solo album debut with 'Layover', which became a chartbuster soon after its release. The album has six songs: 'For You', 'Blue', 'Slow Dancing', 'Rainy Days', 'Love Me Again' and 'Slow Dancing (Piano Version). BigHit Music released an official statement on Weverse and said, "Hello. This is BIGHIT MUSIC. This is BIGHIT MUSIC. Layover consists of six tracks in total – five tracks and a bonus track. He will soon enlist in the military with Jungkook, RM and Jimin and the four BTS members recently went live on Weverse to interact with their fans.

BLACKPINK has also renewed their contract with YG Entertainment. Jennie recently released her song 'You & Me' and also collaborated with The Weeknd and Lily Rose-Depp for the song 'One Of The Girls'.

As per reports, Jennie purchased a ₩5 billion KRW (about 3.79 million USD) luxury apartment at UN Village in cash. The local South Korean news outlet reported that Jennie bought a villa at UN Village in Seoul without any bank loans and has also registered her new address with the local municipal office.
