It's been a few months since BTS V aka Kim Taehyung, and other BTS members, enlisted in the military, leaving fans eagerly awaiting updates. While updates have been scarce, a recent story shared by a soldier, known as Soldier 'A', sheds light on V's playful side during his enlistment. According to Soldier 'A' as per Koreaboo, there's a unique process for getting an autograph from V. If you write your name on a post-it note, executive officers get five chances, while assistant officers only get two. However, V won't give autographs to assistant officers without a twist.
"He makes you solve a quiz to get an autograph," Soldier 'A' shared. The quiz includes questions like 'What are the BTS members' names?' and 'What is the title of a BTS song?' If you get the answers wrong, V playfully links arms with other soldiers and chases you out.
V's inspiration for this playful "method" seems to come from variety shows by PD Na Young Suk, where similar interactions occur, allowing V to keep things light-hearted and fun with his fellow soldiers, reminiscent of his behaviour on shows like Jinny’s Kitchen.

V is currently serving as a special forces member of the military police in the 2nd Army Corps in Chuncheon, Gangwon Province. His military enlistment is set to conclude on June 10, 2025, when fans can expect him to return to the spotlight with BTS. Despite the distance, V's playful nature continues to shine through, creating memorable moments for himself and his fellow soldiers during his military service. Recently, V also starred in soloist IU's recent album's pre-release track 'Love Wins All'.
