BTS Begins Youth Kdrama: BTS membersare currently on a hiatus to focus on their solo projects and move forward with their military enlistment procedures. As fans are missing BTS, BigHit Music will release a lot of content for the BTS ARMY all over the world. The agency will release the Korean drama 'Youth' which is based on the life of BTS members.

It is based on the BTS Universe storyline, which was presented through their music videos, short films, and album notes throughout the HYYH period. Take a look at which actors are playing which BTS members in the show.

Meet The Star Cast Of 'Youth' K-Drama:

1. Seo Ji-hoon will play the role of Kim Seok-Jin in the show.
2. Ro Jong-Hyun will be seen as Min Yoon-Gi, professionally known as Suga or Agust D.
3. Ahn Ji-Ho will essay the role of Jung Ho-Seok aka J-hope.
4. Seo Young-Joo will be seen as the leader of BTS, Kim Nam-Joon aka RM.
5. Kim Yoon-Woo will play the role of Park Ji-Jim aka Jimin in the show.
6. Jung Wo-Jin will be seen as Kim Taehyung aka V.
7. Jeon Jin-Seo will portray the role of Jeo Jung-Kook, professionally known as Jung Kook.

'Youth' was announced in 2019. During a corporate briefing presentation in Seoul, Bang Si Hyuk, the agency’s founder and co-CEO said, "Big Hit is currently preparing a drama series together with a leading Korean production company based on the Bangtan Universe, slated for release in the second half of 2020. It will be a story set in BU about how the seven boys first met."

On the work front, BTS members will lend their voices to the OST of the Korean animated show 'Bastions' which will release on Crunchyroll. A physical album for the original soundtracks of Bastions will be released with the BTS-sung track ‘The Planet’ on May 25. BTS recorded the OST of 'Bastions' before their hiatus.

The girl group LE SSERAFIM, soloists Heize and AleXa have also lent their voices for the OST of the series.

The series revolves around a group of idols who will come together and join forces to save the planet. The boys become a team of superheroes after getting superpowers and face off against an enemy threatening human life on Earth.
