Chhaava Advance Booking Day 1: The highly anticipated historical drama Chhaava, starring Vicky Kaushal, is off to a great start at the box office, according to preliminary trends. With 2.01 lakh tickets booked for 7446 shows, Chhaava has already earned Rs 5.65 crore from advance sales. The movie's advance revenue has risen to Rs 7.21 crore (including blocked tickets).

Chhava's figures will increase further due to its historical and cultural relevance in the area. With an initial contribution of Rs 3.73 crore, Maharashtra has emerged as the largest contributor to Chhava's advance sales. The state collects Rs 4.41 crore when blocked seats are taken into account.

Chhaava vs URI: The Surgical Strike Opening Day Report

Chhaava is one of the year's most anticipated historical dramas, based on the life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. Despite some controversy around one of the movie's songs, the trailer and other promotional materials have been positively welcomed.

With increasing momentum, Chhaava is expected to hit an opening day total of Rs 10 crore, making it one of Vicky Kaushal's highest-earning films on the first day. Chhaava will reach this milestone if it does better than the actor's previous big-budget movie Uri: The Surgical Strike, which opened at Rs 8.20 crore on January 11, 2019.
