Devara Box Office Collection Day 2: Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor starrer Telugu drama is already a successful movie as it crossed Rs 100 crore in India in 2 days. The action thriller movie already set a record after earning Rs 82.5 crore on its opening day. Now, the film also entered Rs 200 crore club within 2 days of its release. The film received mixed reviews from the critics and audience. Koratala Siva’s directorial was made on a budget of Rs 300 crore. As the movie is unstoppable in the opening weekend, it seems Devara will soon cross the Rs 300 crore mark.

As per Sacnilk, Devara: Part 1 earned Rs 40 crore on Day 2 (1st Saturday). The net collection of the Telugu action thriller stands at Rs 122.5 crore. The movie earned Rs 243 crore gross worldwide. 

The movie was released in 5 languages on September 27 including Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil and Kannada. On September 28, it had 65.23 per cent Telugu occupancy in theatres, 23.11 per cent Hindi occupancy, 29.01 per cent Kannada, 28.49 per cent Tamil and 18.86 per cent Malayalam occupancy.

Devara: Part 1 is set against the backdrop of coastal lands in the periodic timeline where the male protagonist named Devara protects the people of his land from the evildoers. The movie stars Jr NTR, Janhvi Kapoor, Chaitra Rai, Saif Ali Khan, Shruti Marathe, Shine Tom Chacko and Murali Sharma in prominent roles. It marks the Telugu debut of Bollywood superstars Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan.
