BTS member V aka Kim Taehyung is basking in the success of his first-ever solo album 'Layover' and conducted a solo fan meet to celebrate his new achievements. He was joined by Jimin for a short time and fans were surprisingly delighted to see the two K-pop stars together amid the hiatus of BTS. At the event, V was asked about his birthday plans and he revealed that he has to go somewhere with Jimin. V's vague answer led fans to speculate if he and Jimin would enlist in the military before their birthday.

After the video of V and Jimin went viral on social media, fans had emotional reactions thinking about the BTS members' military enlistments.

The event was held at Kyunghee University, where fans enjoyed the outdoor setting and weather and were greeted with special surprise gifts. Fans received a box of mini cookies with purple hearts and bears that symbolize BTS, BTS ARMY, and V.

On the work front, V recently released his first album 'Layover' which had six songs: 'For You', 'Blue', 'Slow Dancing', 'Rainy Days', 'Love Me Again' and 'Slow Dancing (Piano Version).

Talking about V's album 'Layover', BigHit Music released an official statement on Weverse and said, "Hello. This is BIGHIT MUSIC. This is BIGHIT MUSIC. Layover consists of six tracks in total ā€“ five tracks and a bonus track. To fully appreciate the albumā€™s flow, we recommend listening to it in sequence from start to finish."

Jimin recently released his first-ever documentary 'Jimin's Production Diary', which showcased his journey of making his album 'FACE'.
