Farhan Akhtar's upcoming directorial Don 3, starring Ranveer Singh in the lead role, has created waves since its announcement. Lately, the film has been in the news for its casting, following reports that Kiara Advani, who was initially set to play the female lead in the action thriller, has exited the project. She reportedly stepped down due to her pregnancy. Amid this, several actresses' names have been circulating, and one of them is Kriti Sanon. Now, Kriti's reaction to paparazzi calling her 'Lady Don' has ignited these rumours. Check out how Kriti reacted to the comment.

Is Kriti Sanon Part Of Do 3?

In a video, which is going viral, Kriti was seen stepping out with her sister Nupur Sanon andfriends when paparazzi started calling her “Lady Don.” One of the paps tried to grab her attention by saying, “Kriti ji, Don 3. Lady Don. Rukiye na yaha pe Lady Don." The actress didn't say a word but her blush caught everyone's attention. Her smile to Don 3 comment has once again sparked speculation about her replacing Kiara as a female lead.

Earlier, Kriti was spotted outside Farhan Akhtar’s office and raised eyebrows amid the reports that she will be starring opposite Ranveer Singh.

Back in April this year, a Pinkvilla report stated that Kriti Sanon has agreed to play the female lead in Farhan Akhtar's next. The source claimed, "Farhan Akhtar and the creative team of Excel Entertainment were looking to cast an experienced actress with a screen presence on board Don 3, and Kriti Sanon fits the bill like hand in glove. She has the aura to play Roma on screen, and is excited to sign the dotted lines soon."

Besides Ranveer, Don 3 is expected to see Vikrant Massey playing the antagonist. Makers were initially slated to commence production last year but faced several delays. As Ranveer is busy with his upcoming projects, so is the director Farhan.

Meanwhile, Kriti is currently shooting for her upcoming film Tere Ishk Mein. She will be starring opposite Dhanush.
