Don’t Be Shy: Alia Bhatt Joins Hands With Sister Shaheen Bhatt As Producers For New Coming-of-Age Movie

After receiving a lukewarm response for the movie Jigra, Alia Bhatt is once again gearing up to produce a coming-of-age drama titled Don’t Be Shy. The actress is teaming up with her sister, Shaheen Bhatt, for this project and it is safe to say that the movie looks surprisingly promising. The project marks a major milestone for their production house, Eternal Sunshine Productions, as they are collaborating with Prime Video. The movie is expected to explore emotional depths, personal growth, and light-hearted romance.

On Friday, Alia Bhatt shared a collaborative post with Prime Video on Instagram, announcing her upcoming venture with her sister, Shaheen Bhatt, as co-producers. The clip showcases a dramatic process of Alia selecting a script with her sister. As the clip continues, it shows that the Bhatt sisters are growing tired of going through several scripts that are only action-infused films. Alia further revealed her reason behind choosing this film and said, 'This one has everything! It has romance, heartbreak, songs, girls, boys, teachers." Shaheen cuts her in the middle and reveals that "It's a story you grow up with."
