Dunki OTT Release: Dunki, starring Shah Rukh Khan in the lead, hit the theatres on December 21, 2023. Following its theatrical release, the movie garnered favorable reviews and achieved considerable success at the box office. Fans have been eagerly awaiting its debut on OTT platforms, although the release on digital platforms has yet to occur. However, the digital release date for Dunki has finally been announced, heightening anticipation among viewers.

As per the report, the rights for the film to be streamed on OTT platforms have been acquired by Jio Cinema. The movie, starring Shah Rukh Khan and Taapsee Pannu, titled Dunki, is set to premiere on the OTT platform on February 16. However, an official confirmation from the producers is still awaited.

'Dunki' made its way to cinemas across the globe on December 21, 2023. While opinions among critics varied, with some praising the film and others expressing mixed views, its box office performance spoke volumes. The movie raked in an impressive ₹436.39 crore (equivalent to US$55 million) globally, surpassing its production and marketing expenses that amounted to ₹120 crore (US$15 million).
This financial success propelled ‘Dunki’ to secure its position as the sixth highest-grossing Hindi film of 2023, the ninth highest-grossing Indian film of the same year, and an impressive 27th in the all-time list of highest-grossing Indian films.
Directed and edited by Rajkumar Hirani, the film saw collaboration on the screenplay with Abhijat Joshi and Kanika Dhillon. Produced by Red Chillies Entertainment, Jio Studios, and Rajkumar Hirani Films, the esteemed banners brought the movie to fruition. Pritam composed the music, with Aman Pant handling the background score. Cinematography duties were divided among C. K. Muraleedharan, Manush Nandan, and Amit Roy, while director Rajkumar Hirani also supervised the editing.
