Elvish Yadav and Raghav Sharma recently faced a distressing situation in Jammu, where reports suggested they were attacked by a group. A video of the incident circulated online, prompting concerns and speculations. However, it seems that the situation may have been misconstrued or exaggerated in some reports. The Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner, has addressed these claims, providing clarification and possibly shedding light on what actually occurred during the incident.

Expressing frustration with the prevalence of fake narratives online, Elvish emphasised that such false reporting perpetuates misleading stories. Elvish took to X (formerly Twitter) and said, "Jab tak aise news wale zinda hai fake narrative chalte rahenge. Mere pe haath uthane wale jis din paida hoge, kalyung ka ant aa lega (Fake narrative will continue to thrive till such reporters are there. The day someone, who can slap me is born, that day kalyug will end). Cheers."

On December 20, Elvish and producer Raghav encountered an unsettling situation after their visit to the Vaishno Devi temple. A video emerged showing them surrounded by a group of people, with Raghav seemingly being grabbed by the collar while Elvish hurriedly left the scene. According to reports, the incident occurred when a man requested a photo with them, but they declined, leading to the confrontation.

Snake Venom Controversy

Earlier, Elvish Yadav found himself embroiled in the Noida Snake Venom case a few weeks back. The issue began with an FIR filed against him in connection to a rave party allegedly involving snakes and venom. Politician and animal rights activist Maneka Gandhi accused Elvish of supplying snake venom to such events in Uttar Pradesh.

"Elvish gave us the name of one Rahul whom we contacted. He said he could organise the venom wherever we wanted. He then came to Sector 51 Banquet Hall with the Venom. The Noida police then came to the venue along with the DFO and arrested the organisers," the complaint said.

Amid this, Elvish denied the allegations levied against him. He expressed his willingness to fully cooperate with the investigation and asserted that if any fraction of his involvement were proven, he would take responsibility.

Recently, he was stopped at a checkpost in Kota, Rajasthan, in connection to the ongoing case but was subsequently released. His questioning on November 7 further spotlighted the legal complexities and scrutiny that arise when individuals are associated with legal matters, emphasising the significance of thorough investigations and adherence to legal procedures in addressing such issues.
