Disney+ Korea’s upcoming medical thriller Hyper Knife is already building excitement with its latest teaser, offering a glimpse into the intense rivalry between Park Eun Bin and Sol Kyung Gu. The drama is set to premiere on March 19 and the newly released preview hints at a gripping face-off between two brilliant neurosurgeons, each battling for their own sense of justice.
The teaser opens in a moody, grey-toned setting, highlighting the tension between the two lead characters. Park Eun Bin's character, Jung Se Ok, confronts her former mentor, Choi Deok Hee (played by Sol Kyung Gu), with evident disdain as he sits inside a car. The scene then shifts to a dramatic moment where the two stand face-to-face under heavy rain, each holding an umbrella—setting the stage for an emotionally charged showdown.
Jung Se Ok is shown in moments of frustration, running with urgency, while Choi Deok Hee is seen both in an operating room and in a tense conversation with his former student. The teaser perfectly builds anticipation for the complicated relationship between the two doctors.
Hyper Knife follows the story of Choi Deok Hee, a world-renowned neurosurgeon with an unmatched reputation. Years ago, he expelled his highly talented student, Jung Se Ok, from his operating room, pushing her away due to his internal conflicts about her potential. This expulsion changed the course of Jung Se Ok’s life, forcing her to work as an underground surgeon in an illegal clinic, far from the prestigious medical world she once belonged to.

Years later, fate brings them back together under intense circumstances. Their conflicting approaches to medicine and their past grievances fuel a dramatic battle between them. Alongside them, Yoon Chan Young plays Seo Young Joo, a young man whose life Jung Se Ok saves. In return, he becomes her devoted ally. The series also features Park Byung Eun in a key role as Han Hyeon Ho.
