Bollywood actors Shreyas Talpade and Alok Nath have landed in legal trouble over allegations of cheating, criminal breach of trust and property transfer through deception. Shreyas Talpade And Alok Nath's Cheating Case Controversy

Shreyas Talpade and Alok Nath have allegedly been implicated in a case registered on January 22 under Sections 316(2), 318(2) and 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). The charges include criminal breach of trust, cheating and deceptive property transfer at the Murthal police station in Sonipat, Haryana, as per ThePrint report.

Ajeet Singh, the Additional Commissioner of Police (ACP) in Murthal, confirmed the actors' names in the case, stating, "The main complaint is against the society accused of duping people by luring them to invest. We will investigate any role ascribed to Shreyas Talpade and Alok Nath."

The complainant, Vipul Antil, a resident of Sonipat, filed a complaint against the Human Welfare Credit Cooperative Society, which is registered in Indore under the Multi-State Cooperative Society Act, 2002. The society has been operating in several states since September 16, 2016. The complainant alleges that the society introduced fixed deposit (FD) and recurring deposit (RD) schemes promising high returns, but employed a multi-level marketing strategy, offering agents incentives to recruit more investors.

On the work front, Shreyas Talpade was recently seen in Kangana Ranaut's political drama Emergency, which also features Anupam Kher, Milind Soman, Mahima Chaudhry, the late Satish Kaushik and Vishak Nair.
