Rohit Shetty House Firing: Bollywood filmmaker Rohit Shetty's Juhu home was the target of four gunshots late on Saturday night. According to an official, security outside the building was increased after the incident, which happened in the early hours of the day, news agency ANI reported. Officials say each possibility is being investigated to identify the attackers.

Before security personnel entered Rohit Shetty's home, witnesses reported hearing at least four gunshots. Police teams, the criminal branch, and forensic units rushed to the scene when unidentified attackers opened fire close to the filmmaker's building. The firing reportedly did not result in any injuries.

On social media, a video of police outside Rohit Shetty's home has been circulating. Police cars, barriers, and officers were seen outside the building in the visuals. Police vehicles, barricades, and officers have been stationed outside the filmmaker's area.

"Unidentified assailants fired four rounds outside the residence of film director Rohit Shetty. Following this, heavy police security has been deployed around Rohit Shetty's residence in Juhu.  The police are currently investigating the matter diligently and exploring every possible angle to identify the perpetrators. The motive behind the attack is still unknown," Mumbai police said.

Rohit Shetty is a well-known producer and director best known for popular franchises like Singham and Golmaal. The filmmaker is yet to issue an official statement.

The firing coincides with growing worries about Bollywood celebrities' safety. Police are investigating whether the shooting was motivated by a threat or something else. The issue is being looked into further.

As the inquiry progresses, more information is anticipated.
