Friday OTT Releases (April 18): Friday is here and there are a slew of movies and web series that are all set for their OTT release. From Malayalam action thriller movie Daveed to the Netflix documentary Oklahoma City Bombing: American Terror, Khauf among others, there is something for everyone to watch this weekend. You can watch these new movies and web series on Netflix, Prime Video and other streaming giants. Here is what to binge-watch this Friday from the comfort of your home.

Friday OTT Releases (April 18)

Daveed (Zee5)

The 2025 Indian Malayalam action thriller movie has been written by Deepu Rajeevan and Govind Vishnu and directed by Govind Vishnu. The film stars Antony Varghese, Lijomol Jose, Vijayaraghavan, Saiju Kurup and Kichu Tellus in supporting roles, while it is produced by Alex Abraham, Panorama Studios, Tom Joseph and Century Max John & Mary Productions. The movie is about Ashiq Abu, a middle-aged bouncer who faces a life-changing rivalry with Turkish boxer Sainul Akhmedov.

Oklahoma City Bombing: American Terror (Netflix)

This gripping documentary revisits the shocking 1995 bombing of an Oklahoma City federal building, the deadliest act of domestic terrorism in US history. It is pertinent to note that the bombing remains the deadliest act of domestic terrorism in U.S. history. On April 19, 1995, Alfred P. The Murrah Federal Building was bombed in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States.

Vishnu Priya

The 2025 Kannada movie Vishnu Priya has been directed by V.K. Prakash. The movie stars Shreyas Manju and Priya Prakash Varrier, in her Kannada debut. Set in the 1990s, the film's story is based on a real-life incident written by Sindhushree. Vishnu Priya will stream on Prime Video from April 18, 2025.

Logout (Zee5)

Starring Babil Khan in the lead, Logout is an Indian cyber thriller movie which will stream on Zee5 from April 18, 2025.It also stars Rasika Dugal, Gandharv Dewan and Nimisha Nair. The plot revolves around a popular digital influencer Pratyush. He faces challenges when his phone is stolen and hijacked. As he struggles to reclaim control, Pratyush finds himself pulled into a disturbing psychological game that blurs the line between real life and the virtual world.

Khauf

Khauf is a story about a young woman’s hostel room in Delhi who hides a history of violence. She has been haunted by her past as she battles inexplicable forces within the room's confines and beyond. Khauf is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video.

Ihostage (Netflix)

Netflix’s new Dutch thriller iHostage is all set for its OTT release. The movie is based on a true story when, in February 2022, a man in camouflage gear armed with two guns walked into the Apple store in Leidseplein. The square was closed, along with all of the Apple branches in the Netherlands. The attacker took hostages within the shop, including a Bulgarian man and four people took refuge in a closet.
