Friday OTT Releases: Friday is here and several highly anticipated films are gearing up to premiere on popular streaming services such as Netflix, Prime Video, JioHotstar, Zee5, and more. Among the exciting lineup of movies, viewers can look forward to watching an array of captivating titles, including Sky Force, Wicked, Dragon and more, each promising to deliver a unique and immersive viewing experience. Here is what you can watch on OTT this weekend.

Sky Force (Prime Video)

Sky Force is inspired by the true events of the 1965 Indo-Pak War, specifically the attack on Sargodha, now known as PAF Base Mushaf, on September 7, 1965. The movie depicts a crucial victory in the history of the Indian Air Force, where a 13-aircraft contingent, led by Group Captain O.P Taneja, played by Akshay Kumar, executed a daring airstrike against Pakistan. Sky Force will stream on Prime Video from March 21, 2025.

Wicked (JioHotstar)

Get ready to watch Sky Force, an action-packed movie starring Akshay Kumar and Veer Pahariya, on OTT platforms! This film is based on India's first airstrike at the Sargodha airbase of Pakistan during the Indo-Pakistani air war of 1965. Initially released in theaters on January 24, 2025, to coincide with the Republic Day weekend, Sky Force garnered positive reviews from critics, despite underperforming at the box office.

Dragon (Netflix)

Dragon is a 2025 Indian Tamil-language comedy-drama film written and directed by Ashwath Marimuthu. The movie follows the story of a college student, played by Pradeep Ranganathan, who drops out of school and lands a high-paying job through deceit. However, he soon finds himself in a predicament, forced to clear his academic arrears to avoid being exposed.

Oppenheimer (Netflix)

Oppenheimer is a 2023 biographical thriller film directed by Christopher Nolan. The movie tells the story of J. Robert Oppenheimer, the physicist who helped develop the first nuclear weapons during WWII. Cillian Murphy stars as Oppenheimer, alongside an ensemble cast including Robert Downey Jr., Emily Blunt and Matt Damon.
