Fukrey 3 Box Office Collection Day 5: Richa Chadha’s Comic Entertainer Gets Big Thumbs Up On Gandhi Jayanti; Hits Rs 50 Crore Mark

‘Fukrey 3’ has stood out to be one of the most successful films in the month of September 2023 and has given a tough competition to Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri’s ‘The Vaccine War.’ The film stars Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, Manjot Singh, Richa Chadha, and Pankaj Tripathi in pivotal roles, whereas actor Ali Fazal dropped out of the project. The third installment of the film already entered the Rs 50 Crore club, in just 5 days of its release. ‘Fukrey 3’ hit theatres on September 28.

Talking about the box office collection of the film, on Day 5, ‘Fukrey 3’ raked Rs 11.5 Crore, taking the total box office collection of the film to be around Rs 54.98 Crore. Witnessing a huge jump, the film earned big due to the Gandhi Jayanti holiday, and successfully turned its numbers. The film is giving a tough competition to ‘The Vaccine War’, where the Nana Patekar starrer has only raked Rs 2 Crore at the box office.

‘Fukrey 3’ revolves around the story of Pulkit Samrat and Richa Chadha’s characters going against each other, while gearing up for an election. His mates Manjot Singh and Varun Sharma also come in full support in the film. On the other hand, Pankaj Tripathi plays the comic mastermind in the entertainer.

‘Fukrey 3’s last installment was released in 2017, whereas the film is directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba. It is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, and is made under their production Excel Entertainment.
